Job Summary:

ClearScale is looking for a full time recruiter to join our team. Day to day tasks include sourcing and reviewing applications across all job boards, coordinating with hiring managers to determine qualified applicants and completing the initial phone screen. Successful candidates will be expected to keep communication lines open between managers and candidates and provide detailed feedback reports. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting of potential employees for information technology (DevOps, Solution Architects, Software Developers, Sales Representatives), business operations, and sales and marketing verticals;
  • Assisting with developing job descriptions and posting to job boards;
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience to active and passive candidates;
  • Work with all department managers to satisfy their staffing needs;
  • Contact potential candidates and perform initial interviews;
  • Ability to work with managers' schedules to ensure the hiring process is not held up by scheduling conflicts;
  • Assists with developing interview questions with each department manager;
  • Conduct salary analysis and reference checks;
  • May negotiate salary offers by partnering with executive management; and
  • A demonstrated passion for technical recruiting and providing amazing customer service.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Candidate must have experience working with internet-based recruiting tools (e.g., job boards) and social networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Obsessed with Candidate Experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications, organizational skills, reporting and presentation skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work independently and autonomously with minimum direction
  • Must be a motivated self-starter, results oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Openness to bringing forth new ideas for process improvement, recruiting tips/tricks
  • Collaborative, responsive, and must work well within a team

Preferred (not Required) Qualifications: 

  • Experience working for a Technology company
