Senior Marketing Manager - Remote

ClearScale is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join its team reporting into the VP of Marketing. You will be a critical member of the ClearScale marketing team with key responsibilities for demand generation, marketing operations, and supporting our strong AWS partnership.

You will be joining a small marketing team so you should enjoy occasionally wearing many different marketing hats.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation & Customer Marketing

  • Lead the coordination, creation and hosting of virtual workshops and webinars
  • Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Work with the Sr. Content Marketing Manager to develop supporting campaign content including blogs, eBooks, videos, webinars, and case studies
  • Enable Sales and SDR teams to convert incoming leads to opportunities
  • Create/optimize email campaigns and landing pages in HubSpot
  • Track demand gen and email marketing KPIs and deliver insights

Marketing Operations

  • System administration, setup, and integrations of key MarTech systems, including: HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, ZooomInfo, Postal, BigMarker Webinar platform, etc
  • Manage and create workflows and automations to improve data integrity and improve business efficiency
  • Lead marketing-related automation and reporting on Salesforce working closely with the Sales Operations Analyst
  • Manage email/prospect database

Partner Marketing

  • Support the AWS partnership by working closely with AWS staff to execute demand gen campaigns
  • Track marketing KPIs and deliver insights

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation and marketing operations
  • Experience in cloud, software, or tech industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and working closely with sales
  • 2+ years of experience managing and integrating a modern marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Pardot), Salesforce, and DiscoverOrg/ZoomInfo
  • Experience creating and managing workflows and automations
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing, Communications, or related area
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and fast learner

Preferred:

  • Startup or early-stage company experience is preferred; accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Experience working with AWS or similar large technology partner
