CHILDREN

The Site and ClearScale Services and our marketing efforts are not directed to children less than 18 years of age. ClearScale will not accept a California Privacy Rights Request via telephone or fax; and is not responsible for a California Privacy Rights Request that is incomplete, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly sent.
